Author: Will Bowen felt that if people could stop complaining and start focusing on the good things around them they could transform their lives. On July 23, 2006, he passed out purple bracelets to everyone one at his church challenging them to not complain, criticize or gossip. If they did, they were encouraged to switch the bracelet from one wrist to the other until they kept the bracelet on the same writs for 21 consecutive days; thereby forming a new habit and becoming a more positive person. His idea not only caught on, it spread like wildfire. Thanks to a simple idea begun in a small Midwestern community, more than 6.2 million people in 106 countries are living happier more fulfilling lives. With more people requesting bracelets every day and expressing a desire to start living “Complaint Free”, Will decided to write a Book, A Complaint Free World, that would serve as a guide; explain his concept, the process you undergo, and the incredibly positive changes you’ll see in your life and attitude as a result.
