EVENT: Rainy Day Books and The National World War I Museum present Charles Todd, a mother-son writing team, who appear for the release of the latest Inspector Ian Rutledge Mystery: A Lonely Death. Charles Todd, writing team of Caroline & Charles, will discuss their latest novel featuring WWI veteran Inspector Ian Rutledge. Rutledge left a brilliant career at Scotland Yard to fight in the Great War. He returns five years later while suffering from shell shock and hiding secrets that threaten his position at the Yard.
