Midwest Poets Series: Beth Ann Fennelly

Author: Beth Ann Fennelly's first book of poems, Open House, won the Great Lakes College Association New Writers Award and was a Book Sense Top-Ten Pick (to be reissued by W.W. Norton, 2009). Other books include Tender Hooks (Norton 2004) and Unmentionables (Norton 2008), which Booklist calls "insouciant, sexy, funny, and dead-on." A book of essays, Great With Child: Letters To A Young Mother was published by Norton in 2006.
