ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Jim Butcher is a full-time writer who lives in Independence, Missouri, with his wife, son and ferocious guard dog. On Thursday, November 29, 2012, the Date of our previous Jim Butcher Author Event, Jim flew Home from Los Angeles and became very ill and had to be immediately hospitalized. Jim remained very ill and was in and out of the Hospital through Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Now, Jim is well enough to Meet & Greet his Readers & Fans, so we Booked him for our Rescheduled Author Event! It reads like Cold Days will be COLD Days as well! Let's all give Jim a warm Heartland Welcome when he returns to our Rainy Day Books Author Event at Unity Temple on The Plaza! Remember to tell your Family & Friends the Good News about Jim Butcher!

LOCATION: Unity Temple on The Plaza, Sanctuary, 707 W 47th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64112
ADMISSION PACKAGE: $27.95 plus Kansas Sales Tax includes One Hardcover of Cold Days, One Stamped Admission Ticket, and One Guest Admission Ticket (if needed). It's your choice, for the same Price. If you would like to Pick-Up your Admission Package at the Door of this Event, then in the "Shopping cart" go to "Checkout" and in "Store Pick-Up Options" Check the Box to "I would like to pick this Order up at the Store" and at the bottom of the webpage in the "Order comments:" Field, type that you would like "At-Event Pick-Up." Your Order will be held by your Name at the Will Call table. The cut-off time for Online Ordering is 2:00 PM on the Day of the Event. Admission Packages will be available for Walk-In's at the Door on the Day of this Event beginning at 6:00 PM.
EVENT FORMAT: Jim Butcher will discuss his New Book, Cold Days, and answer audience questions. A Booksigning follows the Presentation. A Stamped Admission Ticket is required for the Booksigning.
