Courage. About the Author

Jim Eschrich went from the couch to a participant at the 1987 U.S. Olympic Bobsled Trials in one year. It changed his life. A good thing because in 2008 he reinvented himself once again going from a small home-based research business and part-time dad to published author and speaker.
