Missy Cartwright, Senior Account Manager with Deffenbaugh Industries, helped Roger solve a recycling problem that he struggled with for ten years. Roger is concerned about recyclable materials being kept separate from the stream of trash, and so is Missy. Roger called Missy for help and she responded the same day with an on-site examination of what needed to be sorted into recycling bins and trash bins. As it turns out, about 95% of what was being taken away as trash by another disposal company is now be taken away as mostly recyclables by Deffenbaugh Industries, thanks to Missy Cartwright. Missy was determined to help Roger solve his recycling concerns so she conversed with some associates at Deffenbaugh Industries and on the same day of their initial meeting, she proposed a workable solution and they entered into a long-term service agreement. Missy also found a way to provide all these services and save Roger money each month.
