Jasper's & Marco Polo's Italian Market provides fine Italian food in "A Tradition of Excellence." The kitchen is headed up by our good friend, Award-Winning Chef Jasper J. Mirabile, Jr. Jasper, Jr., likes to be called JJ. His older brother, Leonard, runs the front of the house. The Mirabile's family history reflects a love for fine food and elegance. His grandmother helped his father launch Jasper's back in 1954. JJ has taken over the reins of the 2000+ square foot kitchen, as he oversees the staff of 15 assistants. In his own style, JJ creates dishes from his own Sicilian background, along with a very heavy influence from Tuscany and the Piemontese regions of Italy.
